The Property Collective is an excellent property management company and we couldn’t be happier with their service to us as tenants.
We were moving into town from quite a distance away, so we set up a weekend when we would view about 15 different appointments with different property managers in order to find a suitable rental unit for us. Of all the appointments, Shane Dari of The Property Collective was head and shoulders the most impressive. He confirmed our appointment earlier in the day, was early to the appointment (huge plus for us, as we were on a tight schedule!), answered all of our questions and was calm, collected and easy going. His demeanour allowed us to feel confident about his abilities and was a large contributing factor into our decision to rent the unit he had shown us. Upon taking possession of the unit from the previous tenants, Shane continues to be an excellent communicator and problem solver.
